Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. For in-stock orders, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Express Service (1-3 business days) is also available for in-stock orders and must be specified on your order at check-out.
USA orders are shipped via Standard Mail (10-14 business days) or Expedited Service (5-10 business days). Express Service (2-5 business days) and RUSH Service (next business day) are also available options for all in-stock merchandise and must be specified on your order at check-out.
International orders are shipped via Standard International-Air Service, unless otherwise specified at check out. Delivery times will vary according to location, but generally will take from 14-21 business days. Express International Service options (6-8 business days) are also available and must be specified at check-out. (PLEASE NOTE: Standard International- Air Service DOES NOT include tracking information and we can not held repsonsible for lost parcels.)
We encourage customers to contact us if they are unsure about sizing or if they have any other questions. Because these items are intimate apparel, we do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn and/or is missing the original tags.
All regular priced and sale purchases are non-refundable. However, exchanges and/or credits are acceptable for UNWORN merchandise which has been assigned a Return Authorization code upon contacting us . Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note, we do not accept C.O.D. packages and are not responsible for lost parcels which are returned to us without tracking information and/or proof of shipping.
Discontinued items, which are marked down by 50% off or more, are FINAL SALE - no exchanges or refunds.
