Orders may be placed by the following methods:

When placing orders directly on the website, simply add the desired items to your cart and follow the check-out procedure when you are ready. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and E-Check. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email once the payment has been authorized.
2. By Fax
You may fax your order to us at 416-506-0616. Simply download our online PDF order form found on the home page, or use your own fax page. If using your own fax page, please include the required items with sizes, along with your credit card information including expiry date (VISA, MasterCard only), and shipping address plus phone number and email address. Your order will then be processed manually.
3. By Email:
You may email your order to us any time at info@luxxa.ca. Please include the required items with sizes, along with your credit card information (VISA, MasterCard only) including expiry date, and shipping address plus phone number and email address. Your order will then be processed manually.
4. By Telephone:
You may phone in your order to us at 416-506-1011 (Toronto and GTA) or toll free at 1-877-77-LUXXA (1-877-775-8992). Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. If calling outside of business hours, you may leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.
